Prager is too nice to really call a spade a spade. The living conditions in Delhi and most of major Indian cities are horrific. Conditions are simply appalling and inhumane. There is no governance- people are breaking traffic laws, spitting, urinating/defecating openly with resultant chaos and filth everywhere. And add to that constant threat of Islamic terrorism in major Indian cities.

Not sure what Prager likes about Delhi. I do agree on his liking for Indian food though.
